Josh is a highly accomplished logistics and ecommerce professional with a stellar track record of leading fast-growing teams, launching innovative programs across global operating units, and driving substantial improvements in product and process efficiency to boost revenue, cut costs, and scale operations. Josh’s performance has consistently been recognized as ‘Top Tier,’ a testament to his dedication and expertise in the field, particularly during his time at Amazon.

 

As the CEO of Orion Pax, a logistics provider for Amazon and FedEx, Josh spearheaded the company’s launch in September 2019 and managed its rapid expansion, taking it from zero routes/vans and employees to an impressive 70 routes/vans and 115 employees by December 2020, achieving $6 million in sales. Throughout this journey, he maintained an exceptional delivery success rate exceeding 99.75% and achieved a safety FICO score of +820 out of 850 for 2020.

 

In addition to his logistics endeavors, Josh also ventured into ecommerce, owning and operating Standard Quality Commerce, which generated $2.2 million in sales in 2020 by selling products across various online marketplaces and his own website. Furthermore, under the brand Kristos, he successfully created and sold products across multiple marketplaces, accumulating $680,000 in sales in 2020.

 

Josh’s career at Amazon.com was marked by impactful roles, including Manager of Strategic Account Management, where he led a team managing several hundred sellers ranging from $1 million to over $300 million in yearly revenue, across various product categories. As a Senior Program Manager in Operations Integrations, he spearheaded initiatives to reduce seller contacts and improved response rates while expanding support channels.  He also served as both Category Manager and Senior Vendor Manager in the Kitchen Category, where he negotiated pricing, enhanced compliance, and drove growth in the Fulfilled by Amazon rate. His leadership and commitment to excellence have consistently driven results, and he’s always been eager to take on new challenges and opportunities for growth.

 

During his tenure at HotelTonight in San Francisco, Josh directed partner operations, streamlining hotel onboarding, inventory integrations, rate competitiveness, and content quality. He achieved significant reductions in onboarding time and orchestrated electronic integrations with hotel brands and channel managers.

 

Josh’s academic background includes a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a Master’s in Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) from Florida A&M University. These educational achievements complement his extensive professional experience, and he remains dedicated to delivering outstanding results in the logistics and ecommerce industries.
